I-Pod Integration
I-Pod to Factory Radio
With all the different i-Pod adaptors and experience we have there is not a radio that we can’t interface with. There are a few different ways to do this, either through direct connect or a hardwired FM modulator. We have both on display at either location so stop in and see what system will work best for you. Then let our expert technicians install it for you and you’ll be on your way with all your favorite tunes at your fingertips.
I-Pod to Aftermarket Radio
Depending on the brand and when it was built there are several different ways to make i-Pods play through your aftermarket radio. If you don’t already have a radio we have plenty of those in stock also that will control your i-Pod with ease. We can direct connect through the rear of the unit so you can keep your i-Pod out of sight in the glove box, it will charge and pull all the music and album art right to the radio so you can control your music from the main radio. We can plug it into the front of the radio through USB or Aux inputs, very easy and cost effective but you have to deal with cords dangling out the front of your radio. We can use a rear mounted RCA style auxiliary input and still be able to charge the i-pod, this gives you the benefit of a cleaner installation. Some radios have a BUS style cable on the back we can convert into a rear mounted RCA style input. Since there are so many different ways to interface your i-Pod to your radio we suggest you stop in or call and talk to one of our team members to find the perfect way to listen to your music on your radio.
