For undercar lighting there are typically two choices. LED or Neon, both have their benefits. Neon gives a more even glow but you have to run high voltage wires and they are more prone to breakage. LED doesn’t have as even of a glow if you get the stick too close to the ground but it is more durable and doesn’t require the running of high voltage wires, plus you can put them in your wheel wells.
