The Story

Classic Harley styling doesn't mean you have to live with old-school lighting. This 2007 Harley-Davidson Softail Deluxe came to Sound Connection for a complete front lighting upgrade that would improve visibility without taking away from the bike's timeless look.

We replaced the factory headlight with a 20Twenty Lighting Hydrus LED headlight in black, delivering brighter, cleaner illumination and a more controlled beam pattern for nighttime riding. The black housing also gives the front of the Softail a subtle custom appearance that works perfectly with the rest of the bike.

To complete the lighting package, we upgraded the factory passing lights with a pair of 20Twenty Lighting MC-45-BLACK LED passing/fog lights. The additional light helps improve visibility to the sides of the road while creating a much wider field of illumination when riding after dark.

Together, the Hydrus headlight and matching LED passing lights completely transform the front lighting on this Softail. The rider gets better visibility, a cleaner white light, and updated styling while maintaining the classic three-light appearance that looks right at home on a Harley-Davidson Softail Deluxe.

Sometimes you don't need to completely reinvent a motorcycle. The right upgrades in the right places can make a 2007 bike look better, perform better, and be more enjoyable to ride every time the sun goes down.
