The Story

When you want the ultimate UTV experience, great sound is just as important as great capability. This 2023 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Texas Edition came to Sound Connection for a complete Rockford Fosgate audio and lighting transformation built to perform on the trail, around the property, or at the campsite.

The foundation of the system is a Rockford Fosgate Audio Roof, delivering powerful overhead sound that's engineered specifically for the Polaris Ranger platform. To take the system even further, we added a Rockford Fosgate M5-1500X5 five-channel amplifier, providing clean, high-output power throughout the entire system.

For even greater volume and clarity, the Ranger was upgraded with Rockford Fosgate M2-65B Element Ready speakers, along with the RNGR18-FWE, RNGR18-ROOF4M2, and RNGR18-CAPM2 mounting solutions to seamlessly integrate the additional speakers into the vehicle. Deep, powerful bass comes from a Rockford Fosgate M2D2-10IB 10-inch Infinite Baffle subwoofer, giving the system the low-frequency performance needed to keep up with the rest of the audio package.

To complete the build, we installed a Rockford Fosgate PMX-RGB lighting controller, allowing the owner to customize the lighting effects and create a unique appearance after dark that matches the Ranger's aggressive styling.

Every component was professionally integrated for maximum reliability in harsh off-road environments. The result is a Ranger that's ready for everything from long trail rides and hunting trips to weekends at the cabin, delivering premium sound, powerful bass, and customizable lighting without sacrificing durability.
