2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Technology & Audio Upgrade

It's hard to believe a 2014 truck is already over a decade old, but this Chevrolet Silverado 1500 still has plenty of life left. The owner wanted to modernize the truck without giving up the reliability and comfort that made them keep it in the first place.

We installed a 10.1-inch floating touchscreen receiver, bringing Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to the dashboard for effortless navigation, music streaming, hands-free calling, and smartphone integration. The larger display completely transforms the interior and gives the truck the technology you'd expect from a brand-new pickup.

To improve both safety and convenience, we also added a backup camera, taking full advantage of the large touchscreen. Whether backing into a parking space or lining up a trailer, the added visibility makes everyday driving easier and more confident.

The factory speakers were replaced with a set of PowerBass OE69C-GM2 direct-fit component speakers, engineered specifically for GM premium audio systems. Because they're designed as OEM replacements, they install cleanly using factory mounting locations and wiring while delivering dramatically improved clarity, stronger midbass, and a more detailed overall sound without changing the truck's original appearance.

The finished result is a Silverado that feels years newer than its model year. Modern connectivity, better sound quality, and improved safety all come together in a clean, factory-style installation that's ready for many more miles on the road.
