The Story

A premium pontoon deserves an audio system that's just as impressive as the rest of the boat. This 2024 Bennington 24-footer came to Sound Connection for a complete marine audio upgrade that could deliver exceptional sound quality whether cruising across the lake or relaxing at the sandbar.

We outfitted the boat with three pairs of Rockford Fosgate M2-65 marine speakers, providing rich, detailed sound throughout the entire seating area. To add the low-end performance every great marine system needs, we installed a Rockford Fosgate M2D4-10I 10-inch infinite baffle marine subwoofer, specifically designed for applications where a traditional enclosure isn't practical.

Powering the entire system is a Rockford Fosgate M5-1500X5 five-channel marine amplifier, delivering clean, efficient power to every speaker and the subwoofer. The result is a perfectly balanced system with crisp highs, detailed midrange, and deep, controlled bass that easily cuts through wind, water, and engine noise.

Every component in this installation was selected because it's built for life on the water. The Rockford Fosgate M2 Series is engineered to withstand sun, moisture, vibration, and the harsh marine environment while delivering premium performance season after season. The finished system transforms this Bennington into the perfect entertainment platform, ensuring everyone on board enjoys clear, powerful music no matter where the day takes them.
