2024 Ford F-150 Premium Kenwood Audio Upgrade

The latest Ford F-150 offers impressive technology from the factory, but for drivers who truly appreciate great sound, there's always room for improvement.

This Ford F-150 came to Sound Connection for a premium audio upgrade designed to dramatically improve clarity, output, and bass while keeping the factory infotainment system completely intact.

The front stage was upgraded with Kenwood Excelon Reference XR-1701P component speakers, delivering exceptional detail, smooth highs, and an accurate soundstage. Rear passengers benefit from a matching set of Kenwood Excelon Reference XR-1701 coaxial speakers, creating a balanced listening experience throughout the cabin.

Powering the system is a Kenwood five-channel amplifier, providing clean, efficient power to every speaker while also driving the bass system with precision and control.

To add the low-frequency performance missing from the factory system, we installed a Rockford Fosgate Punch P300-10T powered subwoofer. Its compact all-in-one design delivers impressive bass while preserving valuable interior space, making it an ideal solution for truck owners who want performance without sacrificing practicality.

To ensure everything works seamlessly with Ford's factory electronics, we integrated the system using iDatalink Maestro LinkDQ technology.
